Breathing is something we so take for granted, and quite rightly. However, the way we breathe is such an important factor in our emotional and physical well-being. Also, the more I study the Bowen Technqiue and deeper levels and anatomy and physiology, the more I realise how important it is to be sure that the diaphragm is free and relaxed and so aid relaxed breathing.

Definitely the breathing is important for the living person and for living,and the important process involves the movement of blood by the circulatory system,and also the Exhaled air has a relative humidity ,so the relaxed breathing is important and also useful.And about the diaphragm you told,it is absolutely right.
