Beryl Whiting on the practice of Yoga

Yoga can change your life. Yoga can take you from fear into the joy of being. All this can arise from being emotionally and physically balanced, flexible, strong, centred and co-ordinated. Yoga allows you to be more of who you are. The stillness that accompanies yoga is not to be underestimated as it can bring you immense tranquillity and peace in mind and body.

Beryl Whiting’s training at the Yoga for Health Foundation and teaching experience since 2001 has brought her to a place where practising and teaching yoga is fundamental to her life.

Beryl has created a unique brand of yoga combining yoga and NLP skills. One of her new goals is to share this form of teaching with other yoga teachers.
