Neuroscience is fascinating to me. Learning and understanding how to get the best out of our subconscious minds and hence, bodies is a passion for me. Neuroscientist and Chiropractor, Dr. Joe Dispenza (who starred in cult film What the Bleep?) explains his ideas in ways which appeal to the Yogi in me. Yesterday I watched an interview with him on You Tube where he explained how meditation can help us to 'retire' old programming which holds us back from being the person we want to be; from achieving what, on some level, we know that we can.
