British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course Bedfordshire

The British Wheel of Yoga is offering a Foundation Course in Bedfordshire beginning September 2008 for those interested in a career in Yoga Teaching.  The course is being run by Rosie Wright, whom I met last year on a one day seminar.  She is a lovely lady, vibrant, open minded and easy to get along with and has been teaching yoga for 20 years.

The course is held at the lovely Tofte Manor Retreat Centre, Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire http://www.toftemanor.co.uk/.  The gardens are beautiful and you will be sure of a peaceful time there. 

An introductory date is to be held on Sat 21 June.  The course itself will run on ten Saturdays 9.30-4.30 from September with a follow up Diploma course beginning in October 2009. Yoga classes in Milton Keynes

  January is here and boy does that entice you back to yoga, or make you want to discover yoga... I have a very few places in my Great Brickhill class on Tuesdays at 1.15-2.45pm and on Thursdays 8.00-9.30pm and would be happy to see some new faces. 

If you have never tried yoga before, no problem.  I will treat you very gently!  I always encourage students to do only as much as they feel comfortable with, working at 80% of what feels OK.  The other 20% the body will do on its own.  The body has remarkable intelligence and my way of sharing yoga with you will allow that intelligence to self-heal you.  Think about it...your body intelligence (also known as the unconscious mind) runs your digestion system, your blood pressure, your temperature control, and so much more.  Why interfere with that?
