My style of teaching is Hatha Yoga, which for those of you who are new to yoga, is pretty much 'middle of the road' and accessible to all. I usually begin with a little relaxation and abdominal breathing to relax the mind and release tension in the body enabling deeper stretches into the postures. Floor warm ups are followed by a variety of strengthening and stretching postures. Standing asanas lead into Sun Saluations with the final 10 minutes finding us in deep relaxation allowing the body and mind to fully absorb all the benefits of our yoga practice. I aim to provide easy and more challenging options of postures to suit all ages and abilities. I encourage students to only do what feels right for them. Each class is different with a wide variety of classic and more unusual asanas included.

My classes are held in Great Brickhill , on the edge of Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard, and Dunstable in South Beds...
Two weekly classes are in Great Brickhill Parish Hall. This Hall is delightfully light and airy sitting on top of a hill. The summer evening sunsets often distract us!
Tues afternoon class runs from 1.15 - 2.45. I still have just a few spaces left. The cost is £4.50 per class and payment is only for those classes you attend.
Thurs evening class runs from 8.00-9.30 and at the moment is full. However I am keeping a waiting list, so feel free to contact me and get your name on the list. The cost is £5.00 per class and payment is only for those classes you attend.
Fri morning class runs from 10.00-11.30 in St. Augustine's Church, Downside, Dunstable. Again the hall is lovely.
