Relaxation CD

Many of my students (and others) have bought my Relaxation CD to help them to relax in mind and body.  It consists of my voice, accompanied by beautiful background music, guiding you into a place of deep relaxation.  If you are someone who finds it difficult to relax and let go of thinking and worrying, then I really believe this will help you.  If you are aware of tension in your body, eg,  your shoulders or neck, then listening to this CD will help you to effect deep relaxation in your body.  The CD runs for approx. 25 minutes and I am often told that listeners are so deeply into their relaxation that they only 'come to' at the end, feeling refreshed and relaxed. Whether or not you are aware of everything you hear on the tape, you will still experience the considerable benefits.
