Weight Balancing

Just to keep you updated on the weight balancing (loss) client, today she tells me that a short while ago she bought some size 16 skirts and is now finding that they sit low down on her hips and actually needs the size 14!  She is of course a very happy client.  She is good at keeping her e-capsule with her as much as possible, and is seeing and very much enjoying the results.

Weight Balancing

Weight balancing is a constant for many us!  I was a little sceptical about the e-Lybra weight balancing programme.  However I have been proved wrong! Today, I rang a client who has been experiencing the e-Lybra weight balancing programme remotely, via her e-capsule, and when I asked her how she was doing with itshe replied 'thinner!'  Her trousers are feeling looser and in fact when she was running up the stairs she was a bit concerned that they were falling down...  Has to be good doesn't it?  I have to add that by and large, this client has a well-balanced diet too, though does little exercise.
