Panic attacks can be extremely disabling, occuring in all sorts of circumstances. So what can help?
Let me tell you about a friend of mine, let's call her Mary. Mary lives abroad, is a single Mum and was struggling to hold down her job due to extreme panic attacks, the morning being her worst time. She asked for my advice. My first suggestion was to try either of two excellent anti-anxiety supplements. Rhodiola Rosea or Macca. Mary chose the former and almost immediately began to feel better. Second idea was to send her a book on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Within a few days she was contacting me telling me that she felt better. Last night I received a text saying 'no panic attacks for 10 days'. Needless to say she was thrilled, and my little heart swelled a bit too!
I plan to work with her by phone using EFT to clear some of her core issues, once and for all.
So it can be done without drugs and with lasting results.
