The Bowen technique is a soft tissue remedial therapy. Named after its innovator Tom Bowen from Australia. The technique involes the therapist using fingers or thumbs to move over muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia in various parts of the body.
Bowen stimulates the body's own self healing abilities. It is entirely natural.
The treatment is surprisingly relaxing and gentle. The client remains fully clothed and is carried out either on a treatment couch or chair.

How many treatments will I need?
