Erich Schiffmann: Yoga: The Spirit and Practice of Moving Into Stillness
Probably my all time favourite yoga tome. I love the way Mr. Schiffmann writes this, so much detail about what and where to feel within the posture (though some are definitely unachievable for me!). Also lots of detail for yoga relaxations. It was a bible for me in the early days of my yoga teaching.
Leslie Kaminoff: Yoga Anatomy
For those of you who want to understand a little more of which muscles are involved with which postures, this is a reasonably priced and wonderfully illustrated book to help you along.

This would be my desert island book choice. It blows my mind when it talks about the power of energy medicine with incredible new research studies backing up its experience. It encompasses so much that I practise, yoga, EFT, NLP and myofacisa (connective tissue). I love it!
Julian Baker: The Bowen Technique
The Bowen Technique orginated in Australia and has thankfully found its way to the UK and beyond. An holistic therapy that gently moves the myofascia to stimulate the body's own energy healing.
Devi S. Nambudripad: Say Good-Bye to Illness (Say Good-Bye To...)

thanks for your tweet.
I'm a NAET practitioner but have never really practised!
However I'm just starting work again, doing acupuncture, counselling and NAET. I live in Crediton, Devon.
Just wanted to make contact with another NAET practitioner - how do you find it? I'm currently trying to let the south-west know how good it is... don't think anyone believes it can actually work!
