Recently I have been treating a gentleman with knee pain using the Bowen Technique. For two months he had walked with a limp and he was becoming concerned that it wouldn't recover. After one treatment with Bowen, he no longer wore the knee stocking that he had needed for support for the previous 8 weeks. Also the limp has disappeared. We are hoping that the second treatment that I have given him today will clear up the problem altogether. I will write more next week after his third treatment...

Probably my all time favourite yoga tome. I love the way Mr. Schiffmann writes this, so much detail about what and where to feel within the posture (though some are definitely unachievable for me!).
