Sugar used to turn me into a monster! The mood swings it used to generate in me were horrible. NAET cleared my over reaction it it. Obviously it is still not a helpful food in its refined state. However, I can now tolerate it without wondering how I can live with myself!
Sugar is not the only foodl Nightshade veggies can create mood problems too. For some, tomatoes and peppers (capsicums) can create anxiety. Potatoes can create hyperacitivity and insomnia.
