Sesame oil experience from www.highonhealth.org
I have found this lovely blog by Frances Kerr who talks about natural health and healing. Recommended is a sesame oil massage for its healing powers. Frances recommends oiling just before a morning shower, then slowly massaging the oil into the body (there is apparently a special Ayurvedic way to do this which I will need to research). Apparently the body becomes warmer and warmer and more and more relaxed. When the oiling is complete hop in the shower and just let the oil wash off without using soap or shower gel. What a lovely way to moisturize and nourish the skin. I don't know about you but I am off to my local health food store for a bottle of their best sesame oil!
